HEALTH
& SAFETY
For more than 90 years, the American Red Cross has provided health and safety education for millions of people. Our programs are designed to help you learn and remember valuable lifesaving skills and knowledge.
The American Red Cross approach to health and safety training can be tailored to the needs of specific groups and individuals. Whether you have a defined duty to act in emergencies or are a member of the community who wants to help in an emergency, The American Red Cross has a broad scope of programs from which to choose.
Designed for parents, community organizations, schools, and employees of local businesses, Red Cross courses combine lectures, demonstrations, and video with hands-on skills training and practice. Upon successful completion, participants earn Red Cross certification; the emergency-training credential accepted by OSHA and public safety agencies nationwide.
